ABOUT US

Thana is an Illyrian goddess, protector of farmers and hunters, which is the essence of Thana Restaurant. Our dishes reflect the richness of the Albanian lands and the labor of farmers who passionately preserve the healthy way of producing fruits and vegetables and, whenever the season allows it, wild meats. Our mission is to inspire our local cuisine in reaching higher levels of artistry. Redon is also an Illyrian god, guardian of travelers who travel by sea and land, a space where guests can spend relaxing time with foods dedicated to accompanying selected artisanal drinks and cocktails.

Every dish in Thana is a celebration of local ingredients strictly seasonal. From truffles, butter and cheese sourced from Sharr and finalized in Thana, trout from Istog, meats from Rugova, olive oil from Vlora and products from the Albanian land and sea. We search for the best products and share with our customers our findings about the fantastic products around us.
