Located in Prigodë, Istog, our farm is committed to sustainable and organic practices, carefully cultivating vegetables, herbs, and fresh salads. We creatively utilize every product to minimize waste and ensure nothing goes to waste. All water used in our cooking is filtered, and we take pride in offering distinctive, high-quality ingredients. Our teas, cocoa, sugar, and chocolate are 100% certified organic, while all other products are grown with minimal pesticides and herbicides. Whenever possible, we forage and dry our own herbs and teas, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor in every dish. At Thana Fine Dining, these farm-to-table practices allow us to craft seasonal menus that celebrate the richness of Albanian ingredients while supporting sustainable agriculture.

We are located in the heart of Prishtina, next to the Parliament Building, and opposite the Skanderbeg Statue.

Our restaurant is a 1-minute walk from Swiss Diamond Hotel, a 3-minute walk from Hotel Manami and Hotel Opera, close to the National Theatre, the Old Town, and the Emin Gjiku Ethnographic Museum. Making it an ideal destination for both locals and visitors.

While we absolutely love pets, we may only allow them on the terrace, not inside the restaurant.

Dinner: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

On Sundays we are closed

We do not include service charge. While it’s not mandatory, we highly appreciate tips as a gesture of appreciation for our team’s hard work.

Our team consists of 15 dedicated staff members who work hard to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere. We are passionate about hospitality and strive to make every guest’s experience memorable.
