Located in Prigodë, Istog our farm is dedicated to sustainable and organic practices in producing vegetables, herbs and salads. We aim to use every product creatively to minimize waste. Our water that we use in cooking is filtered, and we are proud to offer unique products. Our teas, cocoa, sugar, and chocolate that we cook with, are 100% certified organic. All other products have no pesticides or herbicides to the greatest extent. We forage and dry most of our herbs and teas. 

While we absolutely love pets, we may only allow them on the terrace, not inside the restaurant.

We do not include service charge. While it’s not mandatory, we highly appreciate tips as a gesture of appreciation for our team’s hard work.
