Young, energetic, witty and talented. Viktore has an ability to manage the whole crew and give her own flair for the recipes and the finalized dishes. She is responsible for making the kitchen run smoothly and does it ever so effortlessly.

Albana started very young as a part of our team and has slowly become an important part of our restaurant. Responsible for the preparational details, all the sauces that complement every meat dish on our plates. Bana, as we call her, is a crucial member of our team.

CHEF DE PARTIE

A master baker that takes care of all the artisanal breads, pasta, pastries and desserts. Miri, as we call her, is also a proud cocreator of our sourdough starter since September 15, 2022. We are very happy to have her as a part of our core team.
