Thana is an Illyrian goddess, protector of farmers and hunters, which is the essence of Thana Restaurant. Our dishes reflect the richness of the Albanian lands and the labor of farmers who passionately preserve the healthy way of producing fruits and vegetables and, whenever the season allows, wild meats. Our mission is to inspire our local cuisine in reaching international recognition.
Redon is also an Illyrian god, guardian of travelers who travel by sea and land, a space where guests can spend relaxing time with foods dedicated to accompanying selected artisanal drinks and cocktails.

Das 6-Gang Menü hat sehr gut geschmeckt - ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Sicherlich eines der besten, wenn nicht das beste Restaurant im Kosovo. Auch der Service ist perfekt und sehr freundlich. Dieses Restaurant kann man jedem empfehlen, der in Prishtina ist. I love food. And I love what it does for us, as humans, when we share that communal experience. Thana met those expectations. The staff was warm and inviting, and the open kitchen allowed me to see precisely how much pride, work, and energy went into each dish. The dishes were refined versions of comfort food, and many were unique yet traditional to the region. The "meat broth with carrots and vegetables" as a starter was phenomenal, packed with flavor, and I could have enjoyed a liter of it. The yogurt from casserole with asparagus from Istog (with red peppers and walnuts) reminded me of a breakfast dish my mother made for me as a child -- though tangier, richer, yet probably healthier. Finally, the dessert of "foremilk with burnt sugar and butter cookie crumble" was paired perfectly with the Homemade Walnut Liquer with Honey.
